A law firm seeks a Senior Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their office in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing. Duties

• Represent clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, financing documents, disclosure agreements, development agreements, and commercial leases.
• Conduct significant contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
• Manage transactions from inception to closing with extensive client contact and minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing in North Carolina.
• South Carolina bar is preferred but not required.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong background in complex transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
