Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Cincinnati, OH office. The successful candidate will engage in defending and litigating a variety of labor and employment-related claims, providing counsel and training to employers, and representing clients in various legal settings.

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving labor and employment-related claims.
• Advise and counsel employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment or commercial litigation experience.
• Employment law background strongly preferred.
• Current OH Bar admission in good standing.
• Understanding of current state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Ohio Bar.
