A law firm seeks an experienced Nursing Home Personal Injury Attorney to join its practice in Boston, Massachusetts. The attorney will manage a complex caseload involving pre-litigation, litigation, trial preparation, and trial proceedings.

Duties

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases daily.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the legal process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft expert reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the MA State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 2 years of personal injury experience, preferably in medical malpractice or nursing home matters.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Member of the Massachusetts State Bar.
