Duties

• Discuss assigned cases or projects with relevant parties.
• Provide legal advice to clients.
• Participate in major legal actions.
• Draft legal documents.
• Review contracts of varying types.
• Research and analyze various legal sources for pertinent information.
• Conduct document and exhibit review and preparation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Admittance to the Florida Bar.
• Experience in a litigation and/or transactional environment is a plus.
