Property Insurance Associate
The candidate must have 3-7 years of litigation experience. Those with either insurance defense or insurance coverage experience are a plus, as the position will focus on first-party property insurance disputes. Experience in drafting coverage opinions and in litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases is needed. Should have overall case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions and experience in court proceedings. Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research and writing skills are required. Excellent research and presentation skills are needed. Bar admission in one of the states where the firm currently has an office is required.
