Technical Administrative Assistant
The candidate will participate in daily calls with staff & vendors. Document meeting minutes & establishing departmental work orders through ticketing software. Assist with preparation of process flow diagrams/documentation. Follow up with staff & vendors regarding pending deliverables, status reports & assigned tasks. Assist the Director of Business Solutions and members of his team on various management projects, presentations, communications and scheduling. Exercise sound judgment when interacting with staff, vendors & firm personnel. Maintain schedules, calendars, reminders of upcoming meetings, conference calls, etc.. Prepare expense reports, excel reports, emails, memos, etc.. Book and plan travel by contacting vendors directly or utilizing the firm's Travel Dept. Must have an Associate’s degree. Should have 3+ years’ experience in supporting technical and/or financial leadership in a broad range of administrative services.
