The candidate must have 10+ years of solid patent prosecution experience and a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent fields. Proven record of client development, as supported by a portable book of business is required. USPTO Patent Bar registration and at least one State Bar license is essential.
