Duties

• Manage and draft probate filings, including petitions for administration, inventories, and accountings.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines.
• Handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights.
• Make court appearances and travel as required.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in probate and mortgage default resolution.
• Strong leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships and be viewed as a trusted advisor.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
