Duties

• Manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent, proactive communication.
• Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery.
• Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, correspondence, and legal documents.
• Collaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the Wichita office.
• Develop referral relationships to grow your book of business and income.

Requirements

• Active Kansas Bar license required.
• At least one year of personal injury experience preferred; relevant civil litigation background considered.
• Eligibility to obtain Missouri Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity).
• Genuine client-first orientation with an understanding of case outcomes' impact on clients' lives.
• Organized and self-directed in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with legal technology and case management platforms.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Kansas Bar license.
