Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Fund Formation Associate in a large, regional full-service corporate law firm with a national practice. This position is based in Hangartner, Rydberg & Terrell.

Duties

• Represent private fund sponsors and institutional investors in fund formation transactions.
• Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, PPMs, and related documents.
• Review and negotiate investment documents for institutional investor clients.
• Address regulatory and compliance issues in transactions.

Requirements

• Three to six years of relevant experience.
• Strong familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.

• Outstanding academic credentials.
