Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various cases.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Assist with case management tasks to ensure timely progression.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide assistance throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Idaho or eligibility for reciprocal admission.
• Proven experience in legal research and writing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in insurance defense is preferred but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Idaho (or eligible for reciprocal admission).

Skills:
