Duties:

• Draft patent applications for innovative clients, including detailed descriptions and figures.
• Correspond with the patent office regarding pending patent applications.
• Provide technical expertise to patent litigation teams and offer valuable insights based on scientific knowledge.
• Conduct interviews with inventors to gather information about new ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Experience in telecommunications and WiFi technologies.
• Registration before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (preferred).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.

Certifications:

• Registration before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong technical and scientific knowledge in computer science and electrical engineering.
• Exceptional writing skills for drafting patent applications.
