Duties

• Develop and implement case-level litigation strategy for creditor's rights and collections.
• Represent clients zealously at court proceedings.
• Manage dockets and cases efficiently, preparing pleadings and ensuring seamless case management.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with defendants and opposing counsel.
• Monitor and educate team members on changes to laws or regulations.
• Travel regionally to appear at courts throughout Ohio.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in creditor's rights and civil litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio Bar Association.
• Ability to meet thorough background review process requirements.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
