Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in private investment fund formation.
• Experience in a corporate department of a national or international law firm preferred.
• High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
