• Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court.
• Review foreclosure files thoroughly and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Negotiate settlements and resolve issues with opposing parties.
• Work closely with internal teams to guide on foreclosure-related matters.
• Draft and prepare documents such as Lis pendens, summons, complaints, and motions related to foreclosure cases.
• Handle court appearances and facilitate communication with clients.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff’s foreclosure representation (mortgage foreclosures qualify).
• Proven track record in foreclosure law.
• Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active and valid Bar membership in New York.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
