The successful candidate will join a diverse team to manage a dynamic employment and class action caseload, interfacing with clients and handling all aspects of litigation.

Duties

• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and staff.
• Manage and perform all aspects of litigation throughout the case lifecycle.
• Draft and argue motions, and conduct discovery.
• Attend mediations and interface with clients.
• Manage junior attorneys.

Requirements

• 3 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in federal and state complex litigation.
• Proficiency in legal writing and research.
• Experience in discovery practice, including depositions.
• Trial and/or arbitration hearing experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
