Mid- to Senior-level Government Contracts Associate Attorney
The candidate must have 4-6 years of experience practicing federal government contracts. Should have in-depth experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and federal agency supplements relative to the full spectrum of government contracting to include: contract formation; contract administration; litigation; procurement fraud; cost accounting; construction; and intellectual property/data rights.
