The candidate will be responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, negotiating (in person, over conference calls and via email) and revising legal documents (including master agreements, addendums, amendments, letters and other related documents) for the purchase and sale of goods/services, both as vendor and customer. Works cross departmentally and looks to reduce the Company’s risk through contracting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Legal document development, administration and tracking of key legal provisions. Negotiate terms, conditions, standards and language with minimal supervision. Perform contract review and interpretation to support business team. Misc. legal projects requested on an as-needed basis.
