Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

• Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations as needed

• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy development

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality legal service

Requirements:

• Interest in family law and client-centered advocacy

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to be trained and mentored if entry-level

• Commitment to professional development and legal ethics

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain

Skills:

• Legal writing and research

• Family law knowledge (preferred but not required)

• Client relationship management

• Courtroom and negotiation skills (if experienced)

• Adaptability in a remote and flexible work environment
