Duties:

• Handle litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Manage discovery processes and draft legal pleadings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Argue motions and participate in hearings.
• Represent clients in mediations and settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial, working closely with senior partners and junior attorneys.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote growth and client satisfaction.
• Utilize innovative legal technologies and analytics to enhance productivity and case outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5-15 years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to thrive in an office-based work setting.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on both individual and team goals.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Tennessee State Bar.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Tennessee Bar is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
