Job Details:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Assist in the preparation of discovery materials and responses.
• Attend and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
• Stay updated on legal developments and precedents relevant to assigned cases.
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong academic credentials, with a focus on litigation coursework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
