Duties

• Represent clients in IP litigation matters in federal court

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

• Participate in discovery, depositions, and pretrial preparation

• Support senior attorneys and collaborate with cross-office litigation teams

• Assist in strategy development and case management

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IP law and related legal trends

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Strong familiarity with Federal Circuit procedures preferred

• Proven ability to manage complex subject matter effectively and efficiently

• Demonstrated ambition and team-oriented mindset

• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• High level of academic achievement required

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
