A Wall Township, NJ-based law firm with a growing regional footprint is seeking a full-time associate attorney with a focus on Employment Law Litigation. Duties:

• Draft demand letters, complaints, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and prepare motions and oppositions

• Participate in client consultations and correspond with opposing counsel

• Handle mediations, depositions, and court appearances

• Contribute to matters involving wills, trusts, and real estate (approx. 25% of caseload)

• Travel occasionally to firm offices throughout NJ and NY

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional environment

• Willingness to manage both employment law and ancillary legal matters

• Ability to commute to Wall Township and travel to regional offices as needed

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey

• Admission in New York is considered a significant advantage
