Job Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in the preparation and management of litigation cases.
• Attend court proceedings, hearings, and depositions as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client representation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Maintain organized case files, documentation, and billing records.
• Stay informed about changes in the law and legal precedents.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal practice.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership.
