This position offers an exciting opportunity for new attorneys to gain hands-on experience in business law, intellectual property matters, and litigation. Ideal candidates will have a strong desire to grow professionally and work in a collaborative, high-performance environment while helping clients navigate complex legal issues.

Duties:

• Analyze and identify legal issues in new cases
• Review, categorize, and manage client documentation efficiently
• Draft legal memos and advisory letters outlining strategic advice
• Conduct thorough legal research on a variety of business and IP matters
• Assist in drafting business transaction documents
• Provide legal support for inquiries from the marketing and sales teams
• Write articles or blog posts on emerging legal trends and developments
• Collaborate on client communications and maintain long-term relationships

Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative while working as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association
• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar Association
