Job Summary
Effectv, a Comcast Company, is seeking an agile-minded, employee/people-centric Change Management Strategist. The Organizational Change Management group is Effectv's 'internal marketer' for strategic initiatives. The Change Strategists' job is to convert internal customers (employees) to adopt new initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering and embedding organizational change management (OCM) practices into Effectv's operations to achieve desired business outcomes. The Change Strategist runs organizational diagnostics on new initiatives and develops tailored strategies to foster understanding, aid employees to adjust along a change curve, overcome resistance, deliver know-how and achieve buy-in. In this role, the Change Strategist will drive alignment across many overlapping complementary change initiatives by partnering with Learning, Communications, Knowledge Management and other contributing org representatives. The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships and influential change champion networks broadly across organizations and deep within functions. This is an opportunity for a proactive, strategic, creative, and resourceful change leader who can manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously. The Change Strategist will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. They may also provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions. The Change Strategist will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Understands the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements. Provide strategy and support the design and delivery of training programs.Participates in key planning milestones.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Identifies, confirms and obtains participation from required cross-functional teams. Works with the other team members and Strategic Business Initiative to do this effectively.
Builds program plans and maintains program record. Works with the core team to identify and schedule all the work for end-to-end deployment required to fulfill program scope. Identifies and manages program critical path, being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies.
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Analyzes areas of risk to avoid risky activities by identifying and managing critical paths and risk areas. Establishes contingency plans and identifies trigger events and assumes responsibility for initiation corrective actions.
Consult and coach project teams. Works with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time and costs.
Support and engage senior leaders
Coach managers and supervisors. Ensures proper documentation.
Integrate change management activities into overall project plan. Tracks and manages the program schedule and upstream and downstream dependencies.
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
Evaluate and ensure user readiness. Communicates updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Identifies and manages proposed changes to program parameters and works with Enterprise Program Management and Program Managers to ensure appropriate processes and communications are followed.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Monitors and ensures quality of program deliverables. Works with core team and key field resources to develop and monitor deployment schedule, strategies and tools to support the implementation of programs in the field through trials and controlled customer deployments.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado, with a Pay Range of $94,824.54 USD - $142,236.80 USD
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
