- Support senior attorneys with complex transactions and deal structures

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in entertainment and new media transactional law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with industry standards and current trends in digital and traditional media
Education
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Certifications
- Active membership in the California State Bar (or eligibility)
