Real Estate (JV/REF) — Mid-Level
The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience. Must have substantial experience in complex real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of various real estate asset classes, including, office, multi-family, industrial, retail, and hospitality and leisure properties. Experience with hotel management agreements and hotel franchise agreements is desired. Should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) in the resident office’s location is required.
