Duties

• Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies.
• Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff on trial preparation.
• Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
• Maintain strong, consistent communication with clients.

Requirements

• 10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license required; dual licensure in California and Texas preferred.
• Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar license.
