Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including court hearings, mediation, and negotiations
Manage and oversee an independent caseload while collaborating with senior attorneys
Draft, review, and file legal documents such as motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw
Participate in discovery, including depositions and document production
Maintain consistent communication with clients, offering updates and legal guidance
Develop case strategies and pursue favorable outcomes through negotiation or litigation
Uphold confidentiality and adhere to ethical legal standards
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (or awaiting bar results)
Previous experience in family law is preferred but not required
Willingness to appear in person for court and client matters as needed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to long-term career development within a law firm setting
