Duties:

• Handle cases involving H-1B, L-1, O-1 visas, and PERM processes.
• Manage EB-1 petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status, and naturalization.
• Draft waivers, family petitions, and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and draft detailed petitions and filings.
• Maintain organized documentation for a high volume of cases.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in immigration law.
• Detail-oriented with strong case management skills.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar or awaiting admission.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
