Duties

• Handle single plaintiff actions involving harassment, discrimination, and retaliation claims.
• Engage in all stages of litigation, including mediation and arbitration.
• Conduct depositions and manage complex fact investigations.
• Research, write, and argue motions effectively.
• Take ownership of cases with minimal oversight.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of litigation experience in California labor and employment law.
• Strong litigation skills with trial experience preferred.
• Experience in general commercial and civil litigation is advantageous.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the California Bar.
