Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Title Attorney to join its multi-state energy and natural resources practice group. This role involves drafting oil, gas, and mineral title opinions and handling related land and real estate matters. Location:

Duties:

• Draft oil, gas, and mineral title opinions.
• Handle real estate and land matters related to energy and natural resources.
• Collaborate with team members to provide client-focused legal solutions.
• Engage in business development and networking to expand practice areas.
• Conduct research and analysis on title matters, particularly within the Appalachian basin.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in good standing, with preference for Pennsylvania, Ohio, and/or West Virginia licensure.
• Excellent academic record and a strong work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise written work.
• Previous experience in drafting title opinions is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License, with preference for Pennsylvania, Ohio, or West Virginia.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research and drafting title opinions.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
