Duties

• Manage approximately 150 cases, with 50 in active litigation monthly.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and lead mediations.
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8 years preferred.
• Active and in good standing with the local State Bar; multiple state admissions preferred.
• Extensive jury trial experience with at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
