Duties

• Draft and prepare estate planning documents.

• Administer estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.

• Prepare fiduciary and gift tax returns.

• Conduct legal research on income, estate, and gift tax issues.

• Oversee residential real estate closings as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.

• 4–8 years of experience in estate planning, tax law, and trust and estate administration.

• Experience handling residential real estate closings is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission (Required).
