Orange Park office of our client seeks a products liability attorney with 3+ years of product liability experience, including trial, deposition, and motions experience in technical, complex cases, ideally on behalf of plaintiffs. The candidate will handle a complex caseload, up to and including trial. Responsible for the day-to-day handling of state and federal cases from the inception of identifying potential defect theory to the trial of the matter. Investigate, draft, and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda. Guide clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses, including the preparation of expert reports and affidavits. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Should ideally have strong plaintiff personal injury and product liability experience, in addition to first chair trial experience. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar Association.
