Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses for civil litigation matters

• Conduct legal research and prepare supporting memoranda

• Manage case timelines and meet procedural deadlines

• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediation sessions

• Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

• Assist in the development of client relationships and participate in business development initiatives

• Analyze legal and factual issues and develop strategies to resolve disputes efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in litigation, preferably involving business, real estate, IP, or trust and estate disputes

• Demonstrated proficiency in handling complex legal issues and procedures

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in developing professionally within a collaborative team setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active membership in the California State Bar

Certifications:

• Admission to practice before the U.S. District Court(s) in California is a plus
