Duties

• Serve as counsel to national financial institutions.
• Engage in real estate finance transactions.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
• Experience in commercial real estate or secondary-market lending preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted to the State Bar of a major metropolitan city.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the State Bar.
