• Provide regular employer counseling on employment and labor law issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Contribute to case strategy and firm growth.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey; Pennsylvania or New York a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with a team.
• Commitment to client-centered representation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
