Job Overview:
A distinguished U.S.-based law firm is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Of Counsel to join its complex litigation team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in pharmaceutical and medical device product liability matters, with a strong focus on Daubert and Federal Rule of Evidence 702 motion practice. This is a full-time hybrid position offering the opportunity to lead legal strategy, supervise junior attorneys, and contribute to high-stakes litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

Location:

• Wilmington, DE

Duties:

• Draft and revise legal briefs, motions, discovery responses, and memoranda

• Lead Daubert and Rule 702 motion practice in complex product liability litigation

• Supervise and mentor associates and junior attorneys

• Collaborate with expert witnesses and legal consultants

• Conduct fact investigation and support deposition strategy

• Engage in direct client communication and case development

• Contribute to litigation planning and strategic direction

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience

• Prior experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or similarly sophisticated litigation practice preferred

• Substantial experience in Daubert and Rule 702-related briefing

• Strong background in product liability litigation

• Experience with pharmaceutical and medical device cases is highly desirable

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Demonstrated academic excellence

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction

• Admission to the New York Bar is especially encouraged
