Location:

Duties:

• Lead and manage corporate and transactional matters for a variety of clients

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to longstanding business relationships

• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts, business agreements, and deal documentation

• Oversee mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other transactional processes

• Maintain and grow client relationships with a focus on high-quality service

• Collaborate with colleagues while managing independent client portfolios

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in corporate and transactional law

• Minimum of $400,000 in portable business

• Ability to manage matters independently with strong client service skills

• Practical, personable, and highly organized professional demeanor

• Must be based in Houston, TX or surrounding areas

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of corporate and transactional legal frameworks

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships
