Business Attorney

Profile

A law firm based in Laconia is seeking a Business Attorney with strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in commercial and/or residential real estate is a plus.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on business-related matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on business formation, mergers, acquisitions, and dissolution.
• Handle negotiations and settlements on behalf of clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on various business issues.
• Assist clients with regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Represent clients in business litigation matters, if necessary.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing legal support and advice.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in commercial and/or residential real estate is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Bar in the state of practice.
