A law firm seeks a Corporate Partner in New York, New York. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in advising on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and corporate governance.

Duties

• Lead and oversee complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, and other strategic corporate transactions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.
• Counsel clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, entity formation, and compliance obligations.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and counsel within the Corporate & Securities practice group.
• Contribute to firm leadership initiatives, strategic planning, and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York.
