Duties:

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and negotiations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the case.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain detailed and organized case files.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with competence and professionalism.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Michigan State Bar (required).
