Duties:

• Conduct in-depth reviews of immigration filings and finalize documentation for submission

• Provide legal insight and strategic case guidance to support staff, including paralegals

• Draft legal arguments and supporting materials for immigration case filings

• Train and oversee junior legal team members, fostering continued skill development

• Serve as a legal resource for other departments when colleagues are unavailable

• Actively contribute to high-efficiency workflow and service delivery models

• Maintain a client-first mindset while managing a dynamic caseload

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Experience handling immigration law matters in a professional legal setting

• Ability to lead, mentor, and supervise support staff effectively

• Precision-focused with excellent organizational and written communication skills

• Adaptability to shifting priorities in a high-volume environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required

Certifications:

• Must hold an active Bar license in good standing
