Duties

• Represent national and international manufacturers in product liability cases, including mass tort disputes.
• Provide legal counsel to flagship consumer brands and aviation product manufacturers.
• Manage high-stakes litigation, including “bet-the-company” matters.
• Collaborate with a team of over 70 attorneys across various offices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product liability law or similar litigation experience.
• Strong academic credentials and professional references.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
