• Support trial teams handling complex individual and aggregated tort matters

• Participate in case strategy development and courtroom proceedings

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials in high-profile jurisdictions

• Collaborate with clients, experts, and co-counsel throughout the litigation lifecycle

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of litigation experience with a focus on tort-related matters

• Experience in product liability, mass torts, or toxic/environmental litigation

• Active membership in the Illinois Bar

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure legal environments

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Illinois Bar (required)
