Duties

• Review Master Settlement Agreements with firm leadership before finalization.
• Draft and manage execution of settlement documents, tracking key deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate with settlement administrators and lien resolution providers to implement settlement terms.
• Partner with defense counsel to address settlement administration logistics.
• Prepare tailored settlement agreements for internal review and execution.
• Conduct legal research related to settlement structuring or implementation issues.
• Maintain documentation and settlement data using Excel and internal tools.
• Coordinate with client services team to administer outreach to clients for document collection.

Requirements

• Strong drafting skills for settlement agreements with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking deadlines and settlement execution status.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing.

Skills

• Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking abilities.
