A law firm seeks a mid-level litigation associate in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates must be barred in the state of the office they are applying for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Duties

• Handle complex litigation matters across various practice areas.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators.
• Engage in legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court and during negotiations.

Requirements

• Four to six years of relevant litigation experience.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the state of the office location or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.
