Duties

• Engage in client contact and assist in drafting pleadings and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide second-chair assistance at depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Serve as lead counsel on family law-related matters, including trials, for those with prior experience.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Virginia or prepared to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work on sophisticated legal matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.
